Mellow Basket started from a simple frustration: why is it so hard to find reliable, fairly priced household essentials in Kenya without travelling to a large supermarket or risking an unknown online vendor?
We import quality laundry pods, baby diapers and wipes, and sanitary pads directly — so there are fewer middlemen and more savings passed to you. Every product we sell we use or would use ourselves.
How we earn your trust
We know you have been burned before. That is why we built our whole model around proving quality before you commit:
- Start small. Our starter packs are priced so you can test before stocking up.
- Pay on delivery. M-Pesa payment when your order arrives at your door — you inspect first.
- Order on WhatsApp. Talk to a real person, get a delivery time, and confirm before any money changes hands.
- Named delivery zones. We deliver to Nairobi (South B, Eastleigh, Ruaka, Westlands, Kasarani), Mombasa, and Kisumu. Ask us about your area.
