Delivery areas

We currently deliver to:

• Nairobi: South B, Eastleigh, Ruaka, Westlands, Kasarani, Ngong Road, Kilimani, Lavington, Roysambu, Zimmerman
• Mombasa: CBD, Nyali, Likoni, Bamburi
• Kisumu: CBD and surrounding estates

Delivery times

Orders placed before 12 noon are typically delivered the same day within Nairobi. Orders placed after noon are delivered the following business day. Mombasa and Kisumu deliveries take 1-2 business days.

Payment

We accept M-Pesa on delivery (pay when your package arrives) and M-Pesa Till Number payment in advance. No card needed.

Returns and exchanges

If a product arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Opened hygiene products (pads, wipes, diapers) cannot be returned for health reasons unless the product itself is defective.
